A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for kidney dialysis or transplantation was signed on Monday between Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMUH) at Dhaka Cantonment.
A press release of Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said BSMMU Hospital Registrar Prof Md Abdul Hannan (Retd) and Commandant Dhaka CMH Brigadier General Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Vice-Chancellor of BSMMU Professor Dr Kamrul Hasan Khan and Director General Medical Services (DGMS) of Bangladesh Armed Forces Major General SM Motahar Hossain, Consultant Surgeon General Major General Munshi Md Mojibur Rahman, Consultant Physician General Major General Md Abdul Ali Mia, Commandant Armed Forces Medical College Major General Md Fashiur Rahman and Commandant Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Major General Debashish Shaha were present there.
Besides, Professor Md Sazid Hasan, Chairman of Urology department and Professor Md Shahidul Islam Selim, Chairman of Nephrology department, Professor Debobroto Bonik and Chairman of Anesthesiology department of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University were also present on the occasion.
