Incensed at the death of a pregnant woman for alleged wrong treatment, her relatives vandalised a private clinic at Sipahipara in Sadar upaizla on Tuesday afternoon.
Hatimara Police Camp in-charge Bikash Chandra Sarkar said Nadia Kabir, 22, wife of Kabir Hossain, a resident of Rampal Suapara village, had been admitted to Bikrampur Clinic and Diagnostic Centre on Tuesday afternoon for going into labour.
Later, Nadia gave birth to a baby around 1pm through a caesarean section conducted by gynecologist Naz Chowdhury.
