Authorities of Mohammadpur Preparatory Higher Secondary School have decided to sack cleaner Gopal for trying to sexually harass a class-1 student and remove school rector Zeenatun Nesa for her indecent behaviour with guardians over the issue.
At the same time, the authority condemned the ‘attacking approach’ of some guardians and outsiders during their protest, said Belayet Hossain, principal of the school.
In the notice, the school authority said proper steps have been taken soon after receiving allegation in this regard, he said.
A total of 12 CCTV cameras have been installed at the school.
The school was temporarily closed on May 15 in face of protests over the incident on May 5.
