The Cultural Journalists’ Forum of Bangladesh (CJFB) observed its 15th founding anniversary on Friday marked by a cultural programme held at a city hotel.
AKM Mozammel Haque, Minister for Liberation War Affairs was present at the programme as chief guest while Enam Sarker, President of CJFB in the chair.
Abdus Salam, Chairman of Ekushey Television (ETV), Arshad Hosein, Managing Director of Ittefaq Holdings Limited and Md, Harun-Ar Rashid, Chairman of Globe Soft Drinks, sponsored the
function. The Minister later distributed crests among Harun-Ar Rashid, Abdus Salam, Khairul Hasan, Nazmul Haque and Saiful Islam Bhuyian for their outstanding contribution in the country’s cultural development.
Noted singer Baby Naznin, Model Mahzabin and Nowshin among others, performed in the event.
