Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain on Sunday permits the High Court Benches concerned to hold hearing of the cases in physical presence.
If any High Court Division Bench wants to hold hearing of the cases in physical presence then they can do it maintaining the health guidelines strictly, said a notification issued on Sunday.
Md Ali Akbar, Registrar General of the Supreme Court, issued the notification by the instruction of the Chief Justice.
After a long gap all the High Court Division Benches of the Supreme Court started their functions virtually since August 11 this year. But from now if any HC Bench wants to hold hearing of the cases in physical presence then they can do it.
