Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha formally inaugurated the renovation works of the stair case of Chandranath Dam at Sitakunda and the implementation work of the master plan of the Chandranath Dam – one of the holy shrine of Hindu community at about 12 noon yesterday.
Deputy Commissioner of Chittagong Mesbahuddin , former city Mayor ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhry, former Mayor Manzoor Alam, Indian High commissioner in Bangladesh Somnath Halder, Administrator of Situkunda Shrine Committee and District Judge Nurul Huda accompanied the chief justice on the occasion.
