City Bank has recently signed a Trade Finance Programme (TFP) agreement with Asian Development Bank (ADB) to strengthen its trade finance solutions.
Through inclusion in the TFP, City Bank will have access to communications and businesses with 200 partner banks of ADB worldwide. It will also support a wide range of transactions of the bank from commodities and capital goods to consumer products.
Faruq M. Ahmed, Additional Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer; Mahia Juned, Head of Operations; Faruk Ahmed, Head of TSD, City Bank of City Bank and Edward Faber, TFP Relationship Manager for ADB Bangladesh and other senior officials of both organizations were present on the occasion.
