City Bank approves 22.50pc dividend: Board of Directors of the City Bank limited declared 17.5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for the shareholders.The decision came out at the bank’s 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday through virtually. Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting while Hossain Khaled, Vice Chairman, Tabassum Kaiser, Savera H. Mahmood, Hossain Mehmood; Rajibul Huq Chowdhury, Rafiqul Islam Khan, Syeda Shaireen Aziz, Savera H. Mahmood, Rebecca Brosnan, Directors, Farooq Sobhan, Dr. Salim Mahmud, Independent Directors, Mashrur Arefin, Managing Director & CEO, Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & CFO and large number of shareholders and senior officials of the bank also attended the meeting, said a press release.
