The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Monday submitted the charge-sheet against actress Pori Moni and two others in a case filed under the Narcotics Control Act.
Two other accused people are- Ashraful Islam Dipu and Kabir Chowdhury.
Investigation officer and CID Inspector Mostafa Kamal submitted the charge-sheet to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court.
A court earlier on September 28 asked police to return 16 items including car, I-phone and laptop to Pori Moni, which were seized from the actress.
The IO on September 26 submitted a report, proposing to return the goods, saying that won’t hamper the probe process.
Metropolitan Sessions Judge of Dhaka KM Imrul Qayesh allowed bail to the actress on August 31 allowed in the case and she was released from the jail the next day.
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained Pori Moni on August 4 from her Banani flat and seized huge amounts of foreign liquors and different drugs from the flat.
