A woman filed a lawsuit against Grammy-winning American singer Chris Brown for allegedly drugging and raping her. The alleged assault reportedly took place on a yacht on December 30, 2020 in Miami, Florida. The accuser, who has been referred to as ‘Jane Doe’ in the legal documents, demanded 20 million USD in damages. The documents list five separate allegations against Chris Brown: sexual assault, violation of the Gender Violence Statute, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
