Chittagong team emerged champions in the Independence Day Open 3 on 3 Open Girls’ Basketball tournament beating the Power Puff Girls’ team by 16-14 points in the final held on Friday at Dhanmondi basketball gymnasium.
In the day’s boys’ division final, Josefights emerged champions defeating Saint Joseph (A) by 18-14 points.
Bangladesh Basketball Federation general secretary Lieutenant Commander (retd.) AK Sarkar was the chief guest in the finals and distributed the prizes.
