Viewers’ choice popular TV actress Chitralekha Guha’s acted three serials are waiting to telecast now.
In the meantime, her acting another new serial titled Megher Palok is going on now. It is being directed by Kaisar Ahmed under the story written by Shyamal Bhaduri.
She has already finished shooting of one phase of Shimul Sarkar’s directing serial Eki Kando and Shafiqul Islam Ripon’s directed a serial titled Ektuku Chhowa Lagey, which will go on air on Banglavision from next month.
Chitralekha will be seen to act in three different roles in these serials. While talking about her works she said, “In all the serials, I have tried to perform with different gate-ups. After reading story I always try to portray my role. I always like to work under director’s direction. But I have intention to present my role properly while acting.”
Now Chitralekha Guha’s acted several serials – Aporajita, Lorai, Noashal, Alaspur, Samrat, Swapner Chhaya, Dolchhut Projapoti, The Village Engineer, Shanti Adhidaptar and Progga Paromita – are being aired in different satellite channels.
In 1992, she first acted in a short film titled Poth under Masud Bibagi’s direction.
In 1994, she acted in Sheikh Niamat Ali’s movie Annyo Jibon.
Later she acted in Shah Alam Kiron’s Moner Milon, Nasir Khan’s Swapner Nayok, Tanvir Mokammel’s Lalon, Lal Shalu, Rabeya, Jibondhuli, Shah Alam Kiron’s 71’er Maa Jononi, Tonmoy Tansen’s Padmo Patar Jol and Rikia Masudo’s The Story of Samara.
