Chinese Company M/s Unicorn Leather Goods Factory Ltd will establish a leather and artificial leather products manufacturing industry in Chattogram Export Processing Zone.
This fully foreign owned company will invest US$ 1.02 million with employment opportunity for 764 Bangladeshis. Unicorn Leather Goods Factory will annually produce about 1 million leather items including bag, belt, wallet and other items, said a press release on Wednesday.
An agreement to this effect signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and M/s Unicorn Leather Goods Factory Ltd at BEPZA Complex in the capital on Wednesday.
