A Chinese Company will invest near about TIct000 crore to consnvet an exclusive ‘Garment Industrial Park’ on an estimated goo acres of land at Baustilaunder Munshiguni district.Thepropasedproject was hanging in balance for years due to lack of funding support.The Chinese Company, Orient International Holding, and Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Associ¬ation (BGMEA) singed a Contdms memorandum of understanding (MOH) in this regard on Tuesday.BGMEA President Annul Islam and Chief Executive of Orient International Holding Xiaoji signed the deal on behalf of their respective sides in presence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
