Chitagong Bureau :
A seven-year old child went missing after two engine-driven boats collided on Karnaphuli river in Chittagong on Thursday .
Police said one of the boat capsized due to the impact of the collision at 4pm on Thursday. The missing child Sunny (7) hails from Charpatharghata under Karnaphuli Thana.
The boat that sank was sailing from Bridgeghat to Sadarghat when it collided with another boat, Karnaphuli Police Inspector Kamruzzaman Chowdhury confirmed the matter to media.The other passengers, except the child, made it to the shore, he said. Divers of the fire service are trying to find him.
