A child died in a gas explosion in Narayonpur village of Benapole Police station on Friday noon.
The deceased was identified as Toha Khatun 5 daughter of Badsha Mia , a resident of Narayanpur village of the Port Police Station.
Mijanur Rahman , sub inspector , Benapole port police station said, that the explosion took place from accumulated gas when the child attempted to light a stove in the kitchen room around 3:00pm. The gas pipe was lick and explosion
Asia Khatun, mother of the victims said the explosion might have taken place when my child tried to light a stove or the accumulated gas could have come into contact with faulty power lines.
When the gas explosion nobody was in the resident.
The family members took him to Jashore General Hospital where’s the doctor declared her dead.
