Evergreen actor, noted director and advertisement-maker Afzal Hossain has been making Chhoto Kaku for last few years for Channel i. For Eid-ul-Fitr, he made Syedpurer Syed Shaheb. As a part
of its continuation, on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Azha, Afzal Hossain
has made Faridur Reza Sagor written Chhoto Kaku series titled Manikganj er Manik Palace. Afzal Hossain, Tanveer Hossain Probal, Rubol Lodi, Samanta, among others acted in different roles in this series. In Eid-ul-Azha, this seven-episode serial will be aired on Channel i. Masum Reza wrote script of this series.
In this series, Sanita Rahman Samanta acted in role of Saima. While sharing her feelings to act in this series, she said, “It was really a great achievement for me to act under respected Afzal Hossain Sir in his Chhoto Kaku series. Under his direction, I earlier acted in previous series. It seems like a dream to me. I got the scope to work under Afzal Sir’s direction and also learned many things regarding acting. I give thanks to Noim Imtiaz Neyamul Bhai to give me the scope to work with Afzal Sir. As a newcomer, it is my great achievement.”
