Chevron Bangladesh has donated a large amount of money for construction of a new building of BIAM Laboratory School in Habiganj that now stands as an example of a successful public-private partnership.
The under-construction building now includes four classrooms for over 350 students in Grades I-V and a teachers’ common room, says a Chevron press release on Tuesday.
The new building was formally declared open at a ceremony, presided over by Habiganj Deputy Commissioner M Joynal Abedin.
