The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has approved the decision of submitting charge sheet in the court against Soumendra Lal Chandra Shylan, APS of former state minister for religious affairs advocate Shahjahan Mia, in a graft case filed on charge of amassing wealth of Tk 1.11 crore dishonestly.
The approval was given at a meeting on Thursday, Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told The New Nation.
The national anti-graft body lodged the case with Ramna Police Station on June 2 in 2014.
ACC Deputy Director K M Misbah inquired into the matter.
