A Dhaka court yesterday deferred the charge hearing in a case filed with Paltan Police Station of the city against 51 people including BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam on the charge of explosion of explosive things and attempts to murder.
On Sunday, Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-5 of Dhaka Fatema Ferdous passed order fixing November 11 as the new date in presence of Mirza Fakhrul and others.
On Sunday, hearing could not be held as Tanvir Ahmed Khan, an accused in the case died
and the required report about the death was not submitted in the court.
On the occasion, about 50 lawyers appeared in the court on behalf of the defence.
