A court here on Tuesday fixed October 5 for framing charges against the accused in 12-year-old boy Rakib killing case.
Additional Metropolitan Session Judge of Khulna Dilruba Sultana fixed the date after a hearing on the case on Tuesday and rejected
the bail petition of the accused. On August 3, Rakib, who used to work at a motorcycle garage at Tutpara Central Road in Khulna city, was tortured to death allegedly by his former employer over quitting job.
Alam Haldar, victim’s father, filed a case with Sadar Police Station against three people-Sharif, Mintu and Beauty Begum-after the brutal killing.
