CHANDPUR: Floral wreaths placed on the altar of ‘Dwipto Bangla’, a Liberation War monument at Matlab JB Govt High School’s New Hostel ground of Matlab Dakhshin Upazila on the occasion of the Matlab Free Day on Saturday.
