Professor Md Saiful Islam has recently joined as Principal in Chandpur Al Amin School& College , a leading institution in the district town.
Prior to it, he worked for long 3 decades as a Lecturer and then as Assistant Professor of Agricultural Science at Puranbazar Degree College in the district town. He also worked as a member of the College Governing Body for several terms.
Earlier, he did his B. Sc (Ag) Hons and M Sc (Ag) from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh.
Son of late Md Ishaque Sarker and Ms Tahera Khanam , Saiful Islam, who was a meritorious student, hails from Kathaliya village in Fatehpur East union under Matlab Uttar Upazila. His wife Afroza Begum is also working as Principal at Roymonennessa Mohila Degree College in Matlab Dakhsin Upazila Sadar.
Saiful Islam was welcomed with bouquet by his students, colleagues, staffs and local elites at the college premises just after he joined the college.
He seeks full co-operation and blessings of all to make the institution a premier one in the entire district.
