Based on life and activities of those employees who are working in Fire Brigade, Kazi Amirul Islam Shova is making a film titled Save Life. National Film Award winner actors Champa and Ferdous, actor of the small screen Obid Rehan and film actress Airin are acting in this movie. Shooting of the movie was held in Fire Brigade at the capital’s Gulisthan area till November 19.
Director Shova also informed that in December its shooting will again start. Champa is playing in role of an official of Fire Brigade named Merina.
While talking about acting in this movie Champa told this correspondent, “If I not worked in this movie I could not know about the life and activities of employees who are working Fire Brigade. In fact, I couldn’t know their challenging life. I have respect to them who work in Fire Brigade. I have requested to director to give some message through this movie to the people.”
Ferdous is playing the role of high official of Fire Brigade named Zainal. Under him Champa, Obid Rehan and Airin will be seen to work in the movie. Ferdous shared his feelings by this way over mobile phone from Cox’s Bazar, “Save Life is becoming one of the mentionable works in my life because life and activities of Fire Brigade’s personnel are to be portrayed nicely in this movie. They work hard. I have tried my level best effort to present my role properly in the movie.”
Obid Rehan said, “By this movie I have become regular in big screen after 14 years. I never thought I could return in film such a nice movie like Save Life where I got Ferdous Bhai, Champa Apa, Manoshda, Minu Bhai, among other noted actors as my co-artistes.”
Airin said, “I played the role of Joya in this movie. I am grateful to its director to give me a scope to work in a nice movie like Save Life. I hope this movie will become a turning point in my career.”
Director Shova also informed that Sadika Parvin Poppy and Anisur Rahman Milon are also acting in this movie.
