On the occasion of Chaitro Sangkranti RTV will telecast a special musical programme titled Chaitro Sheshey Chirkut tonight at 11:25pm.
Besides rendering popular songs in the live programme, Chirkut will also keep requests from the viewers over telephone while performing in the show.
While sharing her feelings about the live show key vocalist of Chirkut Sumi told this correspondent, “Bangalees always fond of festivals. Chaitro Sangkranti is the day before Pahela Boishakh. Basically the Bangla New Year festival begins from this day. We are going to perform before night of Pahela Boishakh. We believe our performance will enthrall the viewers.”
