US-based CGIA Institute, a globally recognized body of finance and investment professionals which provides the Chartered Global Investment Analysts (CGIA) designation on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM).
The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chairman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Dr. M. Khairul Hossain, and Prof. Md. Helal Uddin Nizami, FCGIA, Commissioner of BSEC as well as dignitaries and prominent individuals within the capital market operations of Bangladesh.
This MoU seeks to strengthen the commitment of both institutions in raising highly qualified and ethical finance and investment professionals for Bangladesh, where BICM becomes the Accredited Training Partner (ATP) for the CGIA program in Bangladesh. This will allow CGIA candidates in Bangladesh to receive world class tuition as they prepare towards their CGIA exams.
