The members of Coast Guard Bangladesh (CGB) Tekanf have seized one boat with 23,310 pieces of yaba tablets from Jaliypara area Sahaparirdip of Teknaf upazila of Cox’s Bazar district on Sunday.
CGB source said, acting on a tip-off a mobile team of CGB Teknaf station drive in Naf river near of Jaliypara area. CGB seized one boat with a large number polythene bag full of the yaba tablets in the area. Later, the CGB member count down 23,310 pieces of yaba from the bag.
Lt Deowan Rafiqul Awal, Commander of Teknaf Station, confirmed the incident.
