The Chairman of Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) Abdus Salam yesterday said waterlogging is occurring in the port city since the master plan of 1995 is not being implemented properly.
“There would be no waterlogging if it was implemented…,” he said while speaking at a views-exchange meeting on “Master Plan Review and Formulation” held at CDA hall room.
Lack of coordination among the government organisations is responsible, he alleged.
