Chittagong Bureau :
Chittagong City Mayor M Manzoor Alam said, a seven storied building will be constructed on Battali hill in city to accommodate the hillside dwellers under rehabilitation process for them .
This was disclosed at meeting held in city corporation hall on Wednesday by City Mayor while observing commemorative day for victims those lost their lives in hillslide in 2007.
He said under the management of City corporation, 161 families will be rehabilated in the building. He further said a three storied building has been constructed in Kadamtali area at a cost of Tk.60 lakh for the floating people of the city where atleast 150 people can pass night .
Chief Executive Officer Ali Ahmed presided over the meeting, sources said
