CCC Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin has decided to coloured the boundaries of roads in the commercial capital of ‘Sky -Blue’, announced this during the inauguration of the City’s Outer Stadium Development (Part-1).
He said, we have decided that on the two sides of the road there will be the color of the private, privately owned and official border areas of the government, SKY-blue. This is where people will get a different environment when they walk along the road and walk way.
The mayor said, “Here is the dump stack. People could not walk through the smell of rotten garbage. In the plans of the architect Zerina Hussein, the place is now a garden of spectacular flowers. Caring for the garden is the responsibility of the city dwellers.
In the second stage at the Outer stadium, there will be a lot of green grass field, walkway, open room. The design has already been finalized. The project will be implemented at the cost of three and a half million taka. Tables will be installed in all the footpaths of the city within a year. We are committed to building clean and environmentally friendly Chittagong. We will build a habitable city for the new generation, beyond the constraints.
Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin inaugurated the outer stadium development phase-1 Managing Director of Fusion Design and Decorator Lion MA Hossain Badal,Presided the function. Panel mayor Chowdhury Hasan Mahmud Hasani and architect Zerina Hossain spoke on the occasion.
Among others present during the function , councilor Salimullah Bachchu, Gias Uddin, Shaibal Das Sumon, Abida Azad, Kotwali Officer-in-Charge of Kotowali Police Station Mohammad Mohsin .
