Creating job opportunities for the skilled educated and youngsters of the nation, Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) and country’s first job portal JOBSBD.com are jointly going to organise a ‘Career Fest in Chittagong, says a press release.
The Career Fest will be held on May 06-07, 2016 at CEC Convention Center (GEC Circle) from 10.00am and will be continued up to 8.00pm every day and the fair will be open for all.
This Career Fest will be a meet up point for Job Seekers and Employers, Learners & Institutions of Chittagong. The intension of the Career Fest is to help the skilled, educated, fresher’s and youngsters of Chittagong to find their dream jobs, the employers to find their suitable candidates, the young people to find the right academic path.
Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and ACCA will be the strategic partner and Associate Partners of the Career Fest will be BASIS, BSHRM, BOLD and DEC. Daffodil International University will be the Knowledge Partner of this Career Fest.
Chittagong City Corporation Mayor A J M Nasir Uddin in inaugurates the Career Fest as the chief guest while Mahabubul Alam will be present as the special guest.
All these were informed in a ‘Meet the Press’ held yesterday at Secretary K B Abdus Sattar Auditorium of Chittagong City Corporation. K M Hassan Ripon, Chief Executive Officer of JOBSBD.com uphold the details of the Career Fest among the journalists at the ‘Meet the Press’ program. CCC Mayor A J M Nasir Uddin was present as the chief guest at the ‘Meet the Press’.
It was informed in the Meet the Press that the two-Day Career Fest includes: Job Showcase, Spot Interview Sessions, Seminar, Workshop, Career Guidelines and Meet the Leaders Sessions, new job opening, resume appraisals, Career clinic with skills assessment test, entrepreneur’s guidance camp, Master Classes, panel discussions focused on jobs, entrepreneurship, self employment, women entrepreneurship and many more.
