Abul Kalam Azad, Chief Coordinator on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of Prime Minister’s Office on Saturday said that the closed circuit (CC) camera will play an important role in controlling crime and criminal.
 He appreciated that the 65- kilometer area of Mymensingh-Dhaka highway came under the CC cameras network and said the CC cameras are of high power. So that solar panels can always be replaced to ensure electricity facilities
 He said this while visiting CC cameras at the Media Center of Mymensingh District Police Super Office on Saturday..
 Mymensingh Divisional Commissioner GM Saleh Uddin, DIG of Police Mymensingh Range Nibash Chandra Majhi, District Superintendent of Police Syed Nurul Islam and others were present. Mymensingh District Superintendent of Police (SP) Syed Nurul Islam has set up the latest technology and advanced CCD cameras on the highway. This makes it possible to easily identify many criminals.
