Casino suspect Selim held from Bangkok-bound flight at HSIA

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has detained a suspect from Bangkok-bound Thai Airways flight at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka.
The suspect, Salim Prodhan, was detained from the business class of flight TG-122 when he was attempting to leave Dhaka for Bangkok around 1:35pm on Monday, said RAB Director (Legal and Media Wing) Sarwar Bin Kashem/
Salim, who hails from Narayanganj, has been taken to RAB office for primary interrogation, the RAB spokesman said.
“If we found any involvement of Selim with the infamous casino leader GK Shamim or his cohorts, then legal action will be taken against him,” the elite force official said.
The political identity could not be found while the report was filing at Monday evening, he said.  
Another RAB sources said that Salim is allegedly involved with running an online casino in Bangladesh.
