A murder case filed over the death of Noakhali journalist Borhanuddin Mozakker in a clash between two AL rival groups.
Mozakker’s father Nurul Huda filed the case with Companyganj Police Station on Tuesday.
But, none was made accused in the case, said OC Meer Jahedul Haque..
Footage from the CC camera set up at Chaprashirhat Bazar collected to investigate the incident, said the OC.
Mozakker, a local correspondent of Dainik Bangla Samachar and Barta Bazar online news portals, received bullet injuries during a clash between supporters of Basurhat Pourasava mayor Abdul Quader Mirza and the Upazila Awami League organising secretary Mizanur Rahman Badal at Chaprashirhat Purbo Bazar in Companyganj on Friday afternoon.
He succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) around 10:45pm on Saturday.
