The case was filed centring the construction of Premiur University campaus at OR Nizam road in city. Court sources said , the plaintiff of the suit has submitted written statement with Okalatnama with fake signatures of the lawyers of the plaintiffs but the counsels of the plaintiffs did not know anything about the case that filed before the former Mayor and 12 others. The lawyers of the plaintiff Advocate Gobinda Narayan and Adv Sushen Kanti Das confessed their statement before the court about false signatures given by the plaintiff without their knowledge. These lawyers also said all the papers that submitted with the filing of the suit are false and fabricated.
Counsel of the former Mayor Advocate Rony Kumar Dey toldthis reporter that the counsels of the plaintiffs did not know anything about the suit and they deceived the court. And hence, the case was dismissed by court under section Cr PC 203. Mentionable that one Nazrul Islam filed the case against 13 persons including former city Mayor.
