A case has been filed for collapsing the roof of a building and killing of a labourer at Gafargaon under Mymensingh on Friday .
Bedena Akter, wife of the deceased labourer Jahan Ali as a plaintiff has filed the case with Gafargaon Thana on Saturday.
Another case has been filed against Md.Ratan, owner of Ratan Enterprise ,construction firm and sub-contractor Nazrul including 3 persons.

OC Abdul Ahad Khan of Gafargaon Thana said, they are trying to arrest the accused.
