Jagannath University career club (JnUCC) presented a workshop on career namey “Uplift your career face the reality 2.0” on Monday at JnU Central Auditorium. Prof Dr Mijanur Rahman Vice-Chancellor of JnU was the chief guest in the workshop.
As Chief guest he gives the importance on hard works that make a student perfect than other for their bright career and thanked JnUCC for their such kind glorious workshop.” This kind program will add another dimension among the student of JnU for facing anything goodly” he added.
The entire program had 4 segments. These are: 1. Journey toward Civil Service:The Career Choice segment taken by one of the successful career holder Iftekhairul Islam Sr.Assistant Commissioner of Police and former student of JnU. In this segment he discussed on career goals, setting a goal and the way to achieve the ultimate goal.
2. Design a Smart Resume: CV, Resume writing segment taken by Ahbabur Rahman, HR head of Doreen Power. In this segment he talked about interview hacks and takes live CV REVIEW and Interview Session and rectifies the mistakes that students make in job CVs and Interviews.
3. Secrets to Win the Interview: This segment taken by Shariar Rahman, HR Manager of Pathao. He discussed on interview hacks and takes a live Interview session to get the constructive feedback for Interview hacks.
4. Excelling 21st Century Skills: In this 21st century, students from any concentration face a common problem of how smartly he or she can present himself or herself within a piece of paper, speaker discussed on it so that students can smartly handle all crucial moments.
This segment took by Don Sumdany, Chief Inspirational Officer (CIO) of Don Sumdany.
This workshop was chaired by Md. Mohiuddin, Chief Co-coordinator of JnUCC.
Besides, Jamshed Amin Rabbi President of JnUCC, Jahidul Islam General Secretary of JnUCC, teachers and students of different departments of JnU were present in the workshop.
