A career Development programme titled “Career Groom Up-Learning from the leaders” held at Business Faculty conference hall of Dhaka University (DU) on Saturday.
Podium, a career focused initiative organized the function.
Dean of the Business Faculty Professor Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam spoke as the chief guest, while Rubait Tauhid Siddique, head of HR of Prothom Alo was the guest speaker. Podium president Raihan Khandker chaired the function.
The programme was organized under the concern of Podium Adviser Sadia Noor Khan, Lecture of Department of Banking and Insurance, DU.
The programme was mostly focused on CV write up, appropriate approaches, attitudes during interview and know hows of career preparation.
Many enthusiastic young minds from diversified institutions such as school, college and university have participated in the session. The core objective of this session was to provide a platform to the young minds to meet up the country’s famous corporate people and trainers.
In his speech, Professor Shibli Rubayat said, since everyone’s childhood grooming is important. Grooming in career development is more important.
All the participants have been certified with certificates by podium after the session.
