Noted Cardiologist and Columnist Dr M Rezaul Karim died of cancer at United Hospital in the city on Monday. He was 61.
He left behind wife, a son and a daughter, a host of relatives and friends to mourn his death.
His namaj-e-janaza will be held at Pakka Mosque area under Goramara of Sitakunda at around 11 am today. He would be buried at his family graveyard.
He joined as the register to the Cardiology department of the Chittagong Medical College Hospital in 1985. He had established coronary care unit (CCU) at that hospital.
