Caprese Salad

Ingredients :
2 large sliced tomatoes 1 large fresh mozzarella or bocconcini ball, thickly sliced Handful of fresh basil leaves 1/4 cups of olive oil.
 Method:
Firstly, put the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella slices and basil leaves, alternating and overlapping them on a platter.
Sprinkle the salad with oregano and arugula. Just drizzle salad with olive oil. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
The dish is ready to be served.
