The heart capacity of Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader is improving gradually, a cardiologist said here on Friday.
Expressing satisfaction over the progress of Quader’s health condition after his follow-up health checkup, the head of the medical team of Singapore Mount Elizabeth Hospital Dr Philip Koh Siam Soon said: “The health condition of Obaidul Quader is stable and every parameter of his heart gets expected progress”.
The medical team conducted his follow-up health checkup at the hospital, said a press release of the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry. Quader left here on Thursday for Singapore for health checkup. The AL General Secretary underwent a bypass surgery in Singapore Mount Elizabeth Hospital on March 20 this year. He returned home on May 15 last.
