The campaign for two-day polls to elect the leaders in the Dhaka Bar Association, the largest Bar of the country, is going on full swing with setting the date for nomination papers collection and submission by today (Sunday).Candidates have already started their campaign, distributing leaflets, cards, sending SMS. Some are taking full advantages of social networking sites, sending messages and making regular posts in support of their candidacy.As per the polls schedule, the nomination paper collection and submission will conclude by 5 pm today. Nomination papers collection and submission began on February 4.The date for scrutiny of nomination papers has been set on February 9 and February 10 has been set for withdrawal of the nomination papers. The final lists of the candidates will display on February 11.Around 20,000 members of the Bar Association will chose their leaders for the year of 2015-16. The candidates from pro-Awami League White Panel and Pro-BNP Blue Panel will vie for a total of 25 posts including President and General Secretary.
