In observance of the World Health Day , Homeo Chetona – a wide-circulated monthly homeo medical journal of the port city arranged a discussion meeting at Hotel Paramount Internaitonal conference hall in city on Saturday afternoon.
The theme of the day was “General Health Safety: Everywhere for All ”Chief Editor, Publisher of Homeo Chetona and noted homeo physiciant & researcher Principal Dr.Abdul Karim presided over the discussions.
Editor of HomeoChetona and Divisional govt representative of Bangladesh Homeopathy Board Dr.Saleh Ahmed Sulemam graced the occasion asChief guest.
Dr. Md. Enamul Hoque Enam and Dr.Amar Baran Dewanji jointly conducted the discussions as moderators. The speakers in the significant discussions on Health Safety for All emphasized the need of homeo treatment on state level beside the existing general treatment in public hospitals and charitable dispensaries otherwise ‘Health Safety for all ‘ won’t be ensured.
The speakers also emphasized need for inclusion of science based Homeopathy treatment with the different govt programs of healthcare beside the general medicare services in the govt owned hospitals and dispensaries .
It is witnessing from different reliable sources that the patients are being harassed by the physicians through prescribing unnecessary medicines , unauthorized diagnostic tests, advising surgical operations beyond the necessary which hampers the general health safety program of the govt. Principal of Dr Zakir Hossain City Corporation Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital Dr Md Nurul Amin was the principal speaker in it.

Shamsudin, Divisional General Secretary of BAHOSIP Prof Dr Gopal Bhattachariy a, President of World Federation of Homeopathy Chattogram District Unit Dr M Shafiqul Kabir, Member Secretary of Homeopathy Rights Preservation Committee Dr Md Ismail Chowdhury, Secretary of Chattagram Education Welfare Foundation Dr.Abul Kalam Azad , President of Retired Primary School Teachers Samity Prof Dr. Subal Achariya, Chief Executive of Continental Institute of Medical Technology Dr. Sarwar Alam, Vice President of BAHOP Chattogram unit Alhaj Dr. SM Saleh Jahangir were present on the occasion as special guests.A large numbers of homeo physicians, including members of the BAHOP, BHMA, and officials of Homeo Chetona and Homeo HealingHome attended the discussion .
