One C&F employee died of attack by the port workers in Chittagong Port on Friday evening . The victim was identified as Giasuddin of South East Ltd . He was working as jetty sarker in Chittagong Port since long. Eye witnesses and police sources said Forklift Operator attacked the victim at JR Yard . Eye witnesses sources said C&F employee Giasuddin requested Forklift operator Md. Absar to load his export consignment on Friday evening where Absar demanded a good amount of bribe from him which refused by the C&F employee.
Centring the matter, serious altercation happened in between them. Later Forlift Operator Absar pushed C&F employee from back side leaving him seriously injured. The injured employee immediately rushed to chittagong medical college hospital where the attending physicians declared him dead.
