A 16-member business delegation led by Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu left Dhaka for Belarus last night on a two-day visit.
The delegation is scheduled to visit Belarusian factories, renowned in the world for manufacturing machineries used in the agriculture and construction sectors.
The delegation will hold discussions with Belarusian officials on importing the machineries to Bangladesh and possibilities of manufacturing those tools here under the joint venture.
Amu is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Semashko VI and Industries Minister Vovk VM and highlight the investment possibilities in Bangladesh’s industries sector.
The delegation is scheduled to come back home July 26.
