Business Automation Ltd has signed agreement for CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Certification with UNICERT (United Certification Services Limited) to implement the CMMI process development within the organization, says a press release.
CMMI is a process level improvement training and appraisal program. Administered by the CMMI Institute, a subsidiary of ISACA, it was developed at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA.
It is required by many DoD (Department of Defense) and U.S. Government contracts, especially in software development. UNICERT is the one of the partner of the CMMI Institute in Bangladesh.
The Hi-Tech park authority (HTPA) of Bangladesh has extended support for CMMI program in local few companies. Business Automation Ltd has been selected by HTPA to implement CMMI process within the organization and achieve the maturity level to prove internal quality maturity level.
