The bus movement in 19 routes of south Chittagong and Bandarban district resumed from evening of Friday . The bus counters of the passenger buses from Bahadarhat area suspended the sale of bus tickets from 10 am same day following the attack in S Alam Bus counter by some unruly Chhatra League activists in the morning.
After seating with the police administration of CMP with resolving the issue, bus tickets are being sold from the evening hours.
General Secretary of Arakan Sarak Paribahan Sramik Union Md. Musa told that following the directives of the additional Police commissioner, they held a meeting with the officer in-charge of Chandgaon thana and ensured the bus workers to bring the culprits under law.
Following the understanding with the police administration , the bus counters resusmes selling tickets from evening.
