Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (Bangladesh) and Faculty of Business Studies, Bangladesh University of Professionals signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Sunday at BUP campus. Zareef Tamanna Matin, Country Manager of CIMA Bangladesh and Brig Gen Md. Shamsur Rahman ndc, psc; Dean of Faculty of Business Studies, BUP signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.
Chairman of BBA (AIS) department Md. Tapan Mahmud and other esteemed department heads were also present during the signing ceremony.
This MoU is a milestone for the Faculty of Business Studies, BUP since the curriculum of Faculty of Business Studies are now accredited by CIMA- the world’s largest professional body of Management Accountants.
Under this MoU, current and graduated BBA students will get upto 8 papers exemptions and will avail financial benefits it they pursue CIMA Qualification during their studentship at BUP
