Bullet-hit body found along Rajshahi border

A Bangladeshi cattleman was shot dead in the gunfire by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on the Godagari border of Rajshahi district on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Jamal, 45, son of Golam Mustafa of Char Ashariadaha area of the upazila, reports our Rajshahi Correspondent quoting Subedar Sultan Mollah, Commander of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Shahebnagar Camp.
Jamal Uddin and some other people were returning from India through the border when he was bullet hit near Char Ashariadoho camp on the Indian side, the union parishad chairman Sanaullah said quoting the family members of Jamal Uddin.
His group members managed to bring back his bullet-hit body inside Bangladesh territory, the correspondent reports quoting Sanaullah.
Locals said, Jamal entered illegally in India by crossing 1 number pillar adjacent to Shahebnagar border on Wednesday night,. At the time, BSF opened fire on him. Jamal was shot dead on the spot.
