Former advisor to the caretaker govt Dr. Hosssain Zillur Rahman said waterlogging, congestions, unhealthy environment and insecured city are the long identified problems of the city. He said these problems should be mitigated aimed at turning the city in a global city . Dr. Zillur Rahman was addressing the open discussion on strategy for youth friendly global city at Chittagong Independent University auditorium arranged by Chittagong Research Initiatives.
Vice Chancellor of CIU Dr. Kamal Khan delivered address of welcome in the discussion. Dr. Zillur Rahman was the moderator of the open discussion.
